Hi, I'm Ashley Aline.
As a Comprehensive Master Pilates Instructor from Syracuse, NY, certified by Balanced Body, I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of Pilates instructors through my studio, Aline Wellness. With over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Pilates student, I have spent the last 10 years sharing my passion through a full-time Pilates teaching career and have served as a studio manager for Metro Pilates Studio for over 4 years.
Throughout my career, I have worked with both small boutiques and large franchise studios, leading instructor teams with a focus on effective Pilates instruction. Drawing from a wealth of knowledge and experience, I am passionate about mentoring new instructors, helping them expand their skillset and confidence in the art of teaching Pilates. With a profound understanding of the principles and practices of this transformative practice, I am dedicated to inspiring and guiding others on their journey in the world of Pilates.
